Add "Auto Parse CV-Library Candidates" Corporation Setting

What’s new?

We've added a new corporation setting for “Auto Parse CV-Library Candidates”. This setting is intended for future use only and should not be activated at this time.

Why does it matter?

This setting will support an upcoming Bullhorn Search and Match feature, which has not yet been launched.
